In the context of Covid-19 and beyond where working virtually has become “normal”, CS&A International's Coaching & Training Programmes help you enhance your communication skills whether you are addressing audiences on-line or face-to-face.
With multiple meetings, presentations, townhalls, news interviews and stakeholder communication now taking place virtually, leaders and their teams must prepare for this new form of communication and enhance the skills necessary
to stay on message and effectively answer questions from a range of stakeholders,
from employees, to boards, government officials, media and others.

Each programme includes all preparation, advance dry run with CS&A’s video controller, delivery and coaching by the CS&A team, full-set of training materials for each participant, summary feedback and recommendation report for each participant.
Media & Crisis
Communication Training
Conducted by our professional coach, journalist and video controller team, our Media Training workshops combine a best practice tutorial with maximum practice opportunities for each participant. All exercises are recorded, played back, discussed and critiqued so that participants can improve with each practice round. The workshops include a briefing on the media scene as well as interview techniques.
Delivered in a highly dynamic and interactive fashion, the online format is limited to three hours for maximum two participants per session, whereas the traditional face-to-face version can either be half of full day for up to five participants.

Our Crisis Communication Workshops focus on the communication skills needed to respond to all stakeholders, including the media, under the pressure and scrutiny of a crisis.

Structured in a pre-determined number of 90min individual sessions, the coaching programmes are entirely tailored to the coachee’s personal needs, style and objectives.
Based on initial consultation with the coachee, the Coach will design a tailored programme covering all essential aspects of effective face-to-face and virtual communication skills.
